Who We Are

Educating the children of Sadaytole since our founding

Shree Basic School is a co-educational, government-run public school located in Sadaytole, Sanhaitha-19, Siraha Municipality, Siraha District, Madhesh Province, Nepal. As a day school with no boarding facility, we welcome children from the surrounding villages every morning and provide free basic education from Early Childhood Development (ECD) through Grade 8.

Our Purpose

Mission, Vision & Values

Mission

Quality basic education for every child

To provide free, inclusive, and quality basic education to every child of Sadaytole and Sanhaitha, regardless of family background, so they are ready for secondary school and life beyond it.

Vision

A model community school

To become a model government school in Siraha Municipality — known for strong learning outcomes, safe infrastructure, and full community ownership.

Values

Discipline, dignity, and belonging

We build our classrooms on respect, honesty, hard work, and the belief that every single child deserves to be seen and taught well.

Growing Our Campus

Rebuilding classrooms, together

Like many public schools in Madhesh Province, our campus has grown gradually — old block by old block — thanks to government grants, the ward office, and community contribution.

Our School Management Committee regularly meets on-site with engineers, ward representatives, and parents to plan safer, larger classrooms so no student has to learn in an overcrowded or unsafe room.

  • New multi-storey classroom block in progress
  • Regular SMC and community planning meetings
  • Dedicated ECD learning space with visual teaching aids
